TRAFFIC VIOLATION
- Hirer accept full responsibility for any traffic violations resulting from the improper use of the vehicle by me. This comprises (“Traffic Violations”) unlicensed parking, speeding too much, jumping red lights, photo enforcement, and toll offenses, among other things. I acknowledge that I am solely liable for all associated costs, charges, expenses, penalties, and fines imposed by the respective regulatory authorities during the Hire Period or Additional Term. I promise to notify Turbo Car Rental representative of any such traffic violations as soon as possible, including if a case is brought to court. If I fail to pay the charges as specified in the Schedule of Charges, along with fines, penalties, and other regulatory charges, Turbo Car Rental has the right to settle these amounts on my behalf, which I shall reimburse within 7 days of receiving the information from Turbo Car Rental. As an alternative, Turbo Car Rental might set up a weblink to be delivered to my email address and mobile number for payment.
- Hirer will inform Turbo Car Rental of any Traffic Violation notices found on the vehicle during the vehicle pick-up, which were not caused by me.
