The following conditions must be met by hirer at the time of receiving the vehicle from Turbo Car Rental:

(a) Hirer will present the original driving license and the KYC documents previously shared with Turbo Car Rental during the uploading process on the Website or Mobile App. These documents will be provided for verification to Turbo Car Rental’s representative before taking possession of the vehicle.

(b) Hirer will assist Turbo Car Rental’s representative in capturing an image of any one of the following documents as an additional form of identity proof:

(i) Voter ID Card; (ii) Valid Passport; or (iii) Recent Utility or Telephone Bills.

(c) Hirer will cooperate with Turbo Car Rental’s representatives to take a photograph of myself alongside the vehicle for safety and record-keeping purposes.
