I hereby acknowledge and confirm the following terms concerning the usage of the vehicle:

1. I have carefully reviewed and understood the terms and conditions outlined in this document pertaining to the vehicle’s usage during the specified Hire Period or Additional Term.
2. The vehicle is solely provided for the designated Purpose and shall not be used for any other purposes.
3. I commit to using the vehicle strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and in compliance with all Applicable Laws.
4. No modifications, repairs, or alterations shall be made to the vehicle or any of its components during the Hire Period or Additional Term.
5. I possess a valid driver’s license for the duration of the Hire Period or Additional Term.
6. The vehicle shall only be driven by myself or individuals possessing a valid driver’s license. Any other authorized driver must be notified in advance, with a copy of their driver’s license provided to Turbo Car Rental.
7. I agree not to remove any distinguishing marks or features from the vehicle.
8. Tampering with the odometer or any vehicle accessories is strictly prohibited. Any such actions will result in replacement costs and additional charges as per the Schedule of Charges.
9. The vehicle shall not be used for any illegal or unlawful activities.
10. The vehicle is not permitted for use beyond the geographical limits of India without prior written permission from Turbo Car Rental.
11. The maximum permissible number of passengers as specified in the Act shall not be exceeded.
12. Transporting passengers or goods for any form of compensation or reward is prohibited.
13. The vehicle shall not be utilized for personal records, awards, or recognition purposes.
14. No animals of any kind shall be transported in the vehicle. Any damages resulting from the transportation of pets will incur charges as per the Schedule of Charges.
15. The carriage of contraband, hazardous materials, firearms, or any other prohibited articles under the Applicable Law is strictly forbidden.
16. The vehicle shall not be used for any illegal or unlawful activities.
17. Engaging in motor sports, racing, rallying, speed testing, or any similar activities that may cause damage to the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
18. The vehicle shall not be used for towing any other vehicle or trailer.
19. The speed limit specified in the Act shall not be exceeded while operating the vehicle.
20. Operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing condition is strictly prohibited.
21. Any actions that might jeopardize or affect the vehicle’s insurance are strictly prohibited.
22. Any alterations that may impact the vehicle’s marketability require prior written permission from Turbo Car Rental.
23. I will follow the guidelines outlined in the owner’s manual, if available in the vehicle’s glove compartment. In case of any issues compromising the vehicle’s functionality or safety, I will promptly notify Turbo Car Rental at the designated Coordinates and follow provided instructions, with potential expenses to be borne by me.
24. Any jump-start performed on the vehicle will be immediately reported to Turbo Car Rental at the designated Coordinates. I am fully accountable for any damages resulting from improper jump-start attempts. Providing a jump-start to any other vehicle using the rented vehicle is strictly prohibited.
25. Taking the vehicle outside of India is not permitted. I will be responsible for any applicable tolls, parking charges, or interstate permit charges during the Hire Period. I agree to reimburse the toll or parking charges deducted from the provided FASTag during the Hire Period, along with applicable GST, as per Turbo Car Rental’s decision.
26. In the event of a vehicle breakdown, I will not abandon the vehicle until Roadside Assistance (RSA) is provided, or alternate arrangements are made by Turbo Car Rental for the vehicle’s custody.
