1. Upon receiving the booking request as detailed in the Reservation Details via Turbo Car Rental’s Website, Mobile Application, or designated Coordinates, and upon the issuance of the Booking Confirmation, you acknowledge the rental agreement for the specified duration.
2. During the vehicle handover, whether through a physical checklist or digital signing via the Vehicle Delivery App, you confirm the receipt of the vehicle, including key details like make, model, and registration number. The rental period officially commences with this transaction.

               You hereby confirm the following:

                3.1. You are at least 21 years old as of the Commencement Date.

                3.2. You possess a valid driver’s license, with a minimum of one year of driving experience. All required identification documents, including                           voter ID, passport, PAN, and Aadhaar card, have been duly provided to Turbo Car Rental.

                3.3. You assume full responsibility for any accidents, failures, losses, or damages that occur during the rental period, excluding instances                            explicitly covered in this agreement.

4. Upon conclusion of the rental period or Additional Term, you agree to thoroughly inspect the vehicle to ensure no personal belongings are left inside. Turbo Car Rental will not be held accountable for any belongings left in the vehicle.
5. You pledge to comply with all relevant legislation and laws governing vehicle use, including regulations related to cross-border travel. Any costs, charges, or fines resulting from non-compliance leading to vehicle impoundment are your sole responsibility.
6. The vehicle will be provided with fuel as indicated by the fuel gauge indicator. You are responsible for returning the vehicle with the same fuel level as indicated at the beginning of the rental period. Any shortfall will require you to pay for the necessary liters as determined by Turbo Car Rental. Additionally, you agree to cover the refueling charges as outlined in the Schedule of Charges.
7. You agree to collect the vehicle from the designated pickup point and adhere to Turbo Car Rental instructions and guidelines, which may include taking relevant photographs and making necessary interstate payments when crossing state borders.
8. You are required to stay within the Permissible Kilometers specified in the reservation details. Any additional kilometers driven will result in extra charges as outlined in the Booking Confirmation.
9. Should the luggage carrier, as specified in the reservation details, not be provided despite being selected during the booking, Turbo Car Rental will promptly refund the corresponding charges.
10. If you opt for the trip protection plan (Insurance Cover) specified in the reservation details, Turbo Car Rental will facilitate this service. However, any claims under this plan will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Reliance General Insurance Company/Insurer, and Turbo Car Rental will not be liable for any claims raised.
11. Turbo Car Rental reserves the right to reject booking requests without providing reasons and will ensure the refund of the Security Deposit and advance Subscription Fees within 7 to 10 working days of cancellation.
12. You are accountable for resolving any third-party claims or detentions related to the vehicle promptly. In the event of a loss of control of the vehicle, you must notify Turbo Car Rental within four hours and take necessary actions to regain control. Any costs incurred for these actions will be deducted from the Security Deposit or separately demanded.
13. Any failure to comply with the terms of vehicle use, as detailed in this document, or any other observed non-compliance may lead to charges or penalties as specified in the Schedule of Charges.
14. The Permissible Kilometers specified at the time of booking cannot be altered. To modify the Permissible Kilometers, you must cancel the existing booking and create a new one.
