Hirer have provided a Security Deposit as indicated in the Reservation Details. In the event of any damage to the vehicle, Turbo Car Rental is authorized by me to deduct the repair costs from the Security Deposit or from a preauthorized amount, subject to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Upon the conclusion of the Hire Period or Additional Term, Turbo Car Rental reserves the right to adjust any amount payable by me from the Security Deposit before issuing a refund. I hereby grant explicit authorization to Turbo Car Rental for such adjustments as necessary.

At the conclusion of the Hire Period or Additional Term, Turbo Car Rental will refund the Security Deposit paid for the vehicle, provided that any balance remains after the necessary adjustments within 7 to 10 working days.
